We have finally get there to the Champions League after battling hard to earn one goal win over Depotivo. I was so nervous during the match and when the final whistle was gone I was so happy. Forlán scored the decider in the stoppage time of the first half and it was enough to secure CHL spot. But we need to remember that qualifying may be very tough - so we are not there yet.

This was definately the most valuable victory in 07-08. Beating Barcelona is always difficult and these wins are so sweet. Sergio Aguero put in his best performance of the season scoring twice and setting up another 2 goals. Kun was simply brilliant - he clearly made the difference. The defense was traditonally shaky but fortunately Atlético conceded only two goals.

This is just a legendary game because Atlético turned the match around in the second half. The first half was a disaster, we were 0-3 down, but the team showed an unbelievable spirit in the second period scoring 4 times. This win is even more valuable because Atlético beat the best Barcelona team in their history.

This is the last match that has given Atlético a big trophy. The whole 1995-96 season was just perfect as we shocked the world by winning the double. This game sealed the deal for us - and it cannot have been better than winning in the last game of the league at the Calderon.
Whenever I watch the match at Youtube once again I feel so excited about it and I just think about what it would be like to win La Liga again. I wish Atlético will do it, hopefully in the near future. No other Liga team deserve it more than we do.
